Harvesting Dungeness crab is a small-scale operation with boats crewed by four or fewer people. Once caught and brought to the dock, our Dungeness crab is pre-cooked and flash-frozen to preserve that freshly caught flavor.
Dungeness crab meat is very sweet and is loaded with Vitamin B-12 and tons of omega-3’s.
Clusters may not be fully intact upon delivery due to shifts in transit.
