Our Snow Crab Clusters are of the Bairdi species, which is the largest snow crab species in the sea. The meat is naturally lean, low in calories, high in protein – and the clusters are huge! Expect a rich, sweet taste and clusters that are double (if not triple) the size of grocery store snow crab.
Clusters may not be fully intact upon delivery due to shifts in transit.
Each order is packed with dry ice so that it stays completely frozen while en route to your doorstep.

Since our snow crab comes pre-cooked, it’s as simple as thaw, heat, and eat. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight (8-12 hours). Then, simply steam, grill, bake, or boil.
